Let in the Wow: Luxurious Walking in Delight Zen Mindfulness is a slow walking practice designed to relax and balance yourself resulting in deepening connection to your inner nature. It is often accompanied with an experience of delight. Attendees report a change in awareness and some report their heart opening. We will check in, walk in luxurious awareness and share. There is a limit of 12 people.

Additional Directions: We will meet at 1853 Solano Ave, Berkeley in the parklet. This is in a cute park nestled in between Pegasus and Zachary’s Pizza off the sidewalk.
